Established

Established to design and manufacture comfort products for the medical imaging sector

2006

Acquired and Expanded

Acquired by Doug Sprague and Randy McPhee. With their combined medical application expertise, this was the turning point of the operation’s expansion by widening product and capability offerings throughout the industry.

2016

Opened New Facility

Opened a new 45,000 sq ft greenfield plant in Fowlerville, MI to house a growing operation with a bright future.
